The goal of Atlanta Medical Testing Services is to protect the privacy and security of individually identifiable health information and our clients’ ability to use our services.

Atlanta Medical Testing Services in collaboration with its subsidiaries is committed to  tracking all proposed, pending, and active legislative and regulatory developments that are directly proportionate to Atlanta Medical Testing Services and our customers’ business needs. A primary focus is to research privacy and security regulations and legislation on both the federal and state level and actively involved in the impact assessment of HIPAA on Atlanta Medical Testing Services business units.

Atlanta Medical Testing Services is addressing the communication of Privacy and Security laws through a corporate-driven HIPAA Awareness and Compliance Program. This required program consists of education of leadership and colleagues through the Atlanta Medical Testing Services compliance training (including HIPAA content) that is provided to new colleagues upon hire, and to all colleagues annually. Additionally, Atlanta Medical Testing Services supplements this training with face-to-face and/or remote educational programs.
